Qualifications:

• 1.More than 3 years of working experience in self-media related industries, and more than 1 year of experience in the Indian online gaming industry.
• 2.Understand user psychology. It is best to have relevant experience in popular products or previous successes, and have actual historical cases in short video/content production history.
• 3.Be fully familiar with the operating models and practical rules of various social media/short video platforms in India and neighboring countries.
• 4.Have certain management experience and need to lead a small team to expand and manage the daily goals of the small team.
• 5.Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies. 
• 6.The promotion team is the group of people in charge of starting the company or business project. This team is in charge of carrying out the necessary actions to create and launch the business in the market.
• 7.A team leader leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
